Recipe – Oven Baked Chicken Parm

I followed the basic instructions and made a tweak and I must say it was absolutely delicious. You might ask…well what did you do?

Simple…I stuffed it with cheese.  I pounded the chicken breasts out with a meat mallet, put shredded mozzarella inside, folded them back over and then followed the instructions for breading and cooking. I realized I should have taken a pic, but I didn’t think about it. I just figured I would share this yummy recipe with you and fill you in on my little tweak that made an awesome dinner. The same night I also used the left over breading to make some fried zucchini…I was quite yummy too, so keep that in mind when you make this yourself.
